Call recording

Call recording service is offered:

• Calls from a specific End Point or Extension can be recorded

• Recordings are available online immediately after the call ends

• The call’s recording has a charge per minute

• There is a charge for setting recording preferences

• Recordings are stored for 4 months on our servers

• Customers can listen to the recordings on our website or download them

• A download and listen history is stored online

• To allow recordings, the customer has to explicitly accept the recording of their calls
