Click to Dial - Integration with external systems
The Click2Dial service allows any external application to connect to the CallMyWay telephone system, it allows:
- Generate calls by activating an HTTP that will generate calls in our system.
- Know the active calls in order to relate them to the activities carried out by an agent in the external application.
- Know the call logs so you may relate them to the activities related by a given agent.
- For the implementation of Click2Dial it is necessary to integrate systems.
