Conference Room

A telephone conference room service is offered to the public, multi partita where different users can call local phone numbers, in different parts of the world, and that when answering they guide the user (room number and key number) to enter as well to the assigned Telephone Conference Room. Once logged in, registered users can talk to each other, with the following characteristics:

• Several access numbers to the Telephone Conference Room are offered in several countries of the world.
• The participant of the Telephone Conference Room should call a local number where he or she will hear an IVR that will guide you, sequentially requesting the Telephone Conference Room number and then your code number. By satisfactorily fulfilling these two requirements, you can enter the Conference Room properly.
• The Telephone Conference Room has two types of users, the administrator user and the regular user.
• The Conference Room cannot start or continue while an administrator user is not registered properly.
• Once the Telephone Conference Room is enabled, duly registered users can speak simultaneously and with each other. Charges: The room has a configuration charge of US$ 50 and a monthly fee of US $10 per room.

Once the room is in use, the owner of the room is charged US$ 0.02 (2 cents or the equivalent of Costa Rican colones per minute charged to the second, per active member in the room or in the waiting room.

The use of the bridge has a charge per minute per user bridge connected, either in the bridge or in the waiting room, the call charge applies to the owner of the bridge.
