A Contact Center / native CRM service is offered and integrated with our telephone service. The service allows you to connect the telephone calls in our system with the client's database. The system allows you to use an internal CallMyWay database provided by CallMyWay or connect to the customer's database.
The system allows a company to operate their relations with its customers and assign actions to the different actors in the system for subsequent monitoring. The system functions as a “tickets” system. There is a configuration fee.
There is a monthly fee for users that subscribe to the system.
