Telephone Exchange
Grandstream ® Telephone Centers have the advantage that they can connect 2, 4, 8 or 16 conventional analog telephone lines and in turn connect to an Internet telephone provider, this way you can count on both conventional telephone service with your operator, as well as obtain the benefits of Internet telephony that CallMyWay® offers you.
Additionally, extensions can operate under the current conventional telephone network or operate with IP extensions via SIP.
By operating in this way, the physical location barriers imposed by conventional telephony are broken and this way you can have offices anywhere in the world without needing major changes or investments.
By allowing conventional analog phone lines to operate, it allows companies to keep current phone numbers and receive phone calls as they have been doing to date, and additionally be able to make calls over the Internet.
The mixed functionality allows you to at least obtain the following advantages:
- Keep the current numbering for conventional numbers.
- The ability to transition to IP telephony via SIP.
- Free and unlimited communication between all company branches.
- Enjoy the comparative billing and price advantages offered by CallMyWay®.
- Enjoy direct dialing to extension for all company personnel without the need for expensive E1 PRI services.
- Easy location transfer, as the CallMyWay® numbering is not tied to a physical location.
- Unlimited growth without the need to purchase additional telephone lines, given Internet telephony is offered without charges for telephone lines or a limit on how many numbers, lines or simultaneous calls.
- Forget about charges for updates or extensions in the Telephone Centers since the company Grandstream® offers updates in the versions of its telephone center without charge.
- Forget about high configuration charges for the telephone exchange as it can be configured by your own personnel with basic training or by CallMyWay® personnel remotely. CallMyWay® does not apply remote reconfiguration charges to its telephony customers (restrictions apply).
