Quality
CallMyWay guarantees that it will provide its services within the quality parameters, minimum, established by SUTEL, according to the Service Provision and Quality Regulation, and RCS-152-2017.
In case of not complying with the minimum quality parameters established by SUTEL, its customers or end users are guaranteed the right to compensation and/or refunds.
